A minimum of eight (8) weeks notice is preferred to allow Dr. Wells adequate time to prepare. Shorter notice can be accommodated if required.

Booking confirmation process

After a Speaker Request form is received, a representative may contact you to for further clarification of information submitted. A speaker confirmation letter, invoice, and pre-program questionnaire form will be forwarded to you. Then Dr. Wells will be in contact prior to the talk to introduce herself and discuss any other requirements in preparation for her presentation.

Speaking engagement fee structure

Speaker’s fee for Dr. Wells is quoted for a keynote presentation, unless otherwise indicated. A typical keynote address ranges in time from 30 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on the needs of the client. Half day, full day, breakout sessions and training options may also be quoted at a separate price. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of the speaking fee is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event, unless other arrangements have been made.
Speaker fee for colleges and universities, student unions and associations, fraternities and sororities: $2,000 – $3,500
Speaker fee for corporations, conventions and conference keynotes and workshops: $3,500 – $5,000
Fees subject to change without notice. For the most current fee, please contact a representative at SBB Global Communications, Inc directly. Fee schedule: subject to negotiation.  Once deposit is received, the negotiated fee will not change unless there is significant change in the scope of the speaking engagement.

International Fees

Fees for international appearances are generally higher than for domestic appearances due to exchange rates, surcharges, tax rates and travel time expenditures. Quotes for international travel will be given during consultation and will be agreed upon contractually prior to the international event.

Travel Expenses

Airfare, hotel accommodations, meal(s) and ground transportation to/from airport or train station are to be reimbursed to Dr.
Wells.  Any meals and incidental expenses that are incurred by Dr. Wells are not considered part of the speaker’s fee and are the responsibility of the client. In the event that it is not the policy/practice of the client to reimburse travel expenses, the
negotiated fee will be determined based on these factors.

Speaker fees are determined based on a number of factors and may change without notice. Fees may vary based on the
